How are new features released/updated?
Ulyngo's technology team is constantly building and testing new functionality. After each feature is diligently tested each new feature, we present it to our university partners who can decide whether or not they would like it in their campus marketplace. Different campuses have different needs so we've built a release system that enables a campus marketplace to be an a la carte offering.

When are bugs fixed and updates released?
Ulyngo's technical team pushes fixes and updates every Sunday evening. 

How do Students or Universities request new features?
Students are encouraged to contact their university to share their desire for new features and are able to message Ulyngo directly through our in-app chat bubble. Universities are free to contact Ulyngo any time to add features and ideas to their marketplace product roadmap.
